Social platforms

SayEase supports authorized integrations with professional social accounts. A business or creator authorizes an account it owns or is authorized to manage, and selects which SayEase functionality is connected to that account.

The current social integration in development targets eligible Instagram Professional accounts. Where permitted by the Instagram platform and applicable API rules, SayEase can provide a configured response or a relevant SayEase Link in reply to a qualifying customer interaction with the connected account.

The integration is not used for unsolicited outreach. The account owner configures the rules and can disconnect the integration at any time.

Payments

SayEase uses third-party payment infrastructure to facilitate seller transactions. Payment information is processed through the applicable payment provider rather than being handled as raw card credentials by SaaSEase.

Email and communications

SaaSEase may use third-party service providers to deliver transactional and service communications, such as account notifications, receipts, delivery of purchased digital access, and support correspondence.

Affiliate and attribution technology

Affiliate-network or advertiser technology may be integrated in order to:

• identify eligible offers
• create attributable links
• attribute qualified referrals
• measure resulting transactions

Hosting, delivery and security services

Infrastructure providers may be used for hosting, content delivery, logging, monitoring and abuse prevention where necessary to operate the service.
