Account and authorization
Connected third-party accounts require applicable user authorization. A user connects an account they own or are authorized to manage, and the scope of what SaaSEase can do with that account is limited to the authorization granted and to what the third-party platform permits. The account owner can disconnect the integration.
Access credentials
Authentication credentials and access tokens are treated as sensitive service information. They are used only as necessary to provide the authorized functionality requested by the account owner, and are not provided to users or third parties for unrelated purposes.
Payments
Payment processing is performed using third-party payment infrastructure rather than SaaSEase collecting raw card credentials directly where applicable.
Service monitoring
SaaSEase may use logging and monitoring to:
- maintain availability
- troubleshoot errors
- identify abuse
- investigate security events
Report a security concern
If you believe you have identified a security issue involving SaaSEase or SayEase, contact support@saasease.io with enough information for us to investigate. Please do not access, modify or delete data belonging to others while testing.
