Who operates the service

SaaSEase LLC operates SaaSEase and SayEase. SaaSEase is a software company that develops and operates tools for online commerce. SayEase is a SaaSEase-operated platform that allows creators and businesses to create SayEase Links for products, subscriptions, bookings, digital content and other commercial offers. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean SaaSEase as the operator of these services.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the services, this may include:

• name
• email address
• account information
• seller or business information
• content you upload or configure, such as offers, descriptions and files
• transaction-related records
• support communications

Information collected through use of the services

• device and browser information
• IP address
• server and application logs
• usage information, such as pages and features accessed
• attribution information, such as how a link or offer was reached
• fraud and security information

Transactions

When a purchase is made through a SayEase Link, we process information necessary to complete, record and support that transaction, which may include the offer purchased, amounts, timestamps, buyer contact information, delivery or access status, and refund or dispute records.

Payment processing is performed through third-party payment infrastructure. Payment card details are submitted to the applicable payment provider. SaaSEase does not handle raw card credentials as part of this flow, and may receive limited payment metadata such as status, amount, and a partial identifier supplied by the provider.

Connected third-party accounts

When you voluntarily connect a supported third-party account, we may receive information and authorization necessary to provide the integration you requested. For social integrations this may include, depending on the permissions you grant and the functionality you use:

• account identifiers
• basic professional-account information
• authorization and access tokens
• comments or comment events
• message or message events
• webhook events
• identifiers required to identify the relevant account or conversation

We use information received through connected accounts to provide functionality requested by the account owner, maintain the integration, process supported customer interactions, secure the service and troubleshoot problems.

SaaSEase does not sell private Instagram message content or connected-account access tokens.

You can disconnect a connected account where supported. See Data Deletion for details.

Affiliate and advertising information

We may use referral, affiliate and attribution technologies to identify eligible offers, create attributable links, attribute qualified referrals and measure resulting transactions. Where an affiliate relationship applies, SaaSEase or SayEase may receive compensation from a qualifying transaction. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate the services, including for hosting, payments, email and communications, analytics, security, content delivery and supported integrations. Providers are given access to information only as needed to perform their function for us.

Sharing

Information may be shared:

• with service providers acting on our behalf
• with payment providers to process a transaction
• with a seller, where you purchase through their SayEase Link, to the extent necessary to fulfil, deliver and support that transaction
• with a third-party platform you have connected, to operate that integration
• with affiliate or attribution partners, where necessary to attribute a qualifying referral or transaction
• in connection with legal obligations, lawful requests, enforcement of our terms, or protection of rights, safety and security
• in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger or asset transfer
• with your direction or consent

We do not sell private social-message content.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, and thereafter as necessary for accounting, tax, transaction records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution and other legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

• access or correct account information where applicable
• disconnect connected third-party accounts where supported
• request deletion of account-associated personal information — see Data Deletion
• manage communication preferences, including opting out of non-essential email
• exercise applicable privacy rights available to you under the law of your jurisdiction

To make a request, contact support@saasease.io from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Security page.

Children

The services are not directed to children and are not intended for use by individuals who are not old enough to form a binding contract or who are below the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@saasease.io so we can address it.

International use

SaaSEase operates from the United States. If you access the services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, and that laws there may differ from those in your location.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and where appropriate provide additional notice. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
